Not able to see case in case explorer menu
Hi All,
i have created one case in 7.2 version, unfortunately it has been removed from case explorer.so how can we show it again on case explorer menu, please help me on this.

Hi Manohar,
1) Do you have search functionality in the portal?
2) Can you please check whether the case got created in DB or not.
3) Does class structure got created for the new case which you have created.
