Also, I am not able to schedule any of the system reports so that it can be sent to users via email. In custom reports, I am not able to schedule individual emails. It should be only the PDC operators. When I try to remove DiagnosticCloudManager operator the page hangs. Please help to fix this as well.

You're not able to see the data in the DB Query Stats, Database Usage and DB Current Activitiesin Enterprise-->System because PDC does not have the data it can then display in those tabs on the Enterprise Dashboard. In order for this feature to work you will need to have the most recent version of the AESRemote ruleset installed on your monitored systems.
We're currently working on preparing a new version of this ruleset compatible with previously released versions of Pega (7.3.0, 7.3.1, 7.4.0). We expect these to be ready by the end of July. If you're interested in getting it please create an SR.
You're able to send the emails only to operators created in the system. There is no way to schedule the report to be sent to just any email.
As for the page hanging when you try to remove the DiagnosticCloudManager operator please raise an SR and we'll investigate this problem.
Thanks for your response. I will create an SR requesting for AESRemote Ruleset. Also, when this feature will be added to add an email which is different than the operator. This feature will really help just in case if the user does not want to use PDC but just receive notifications.
Also, we are using different version of Pega in our enviornment 7.2.2, 7.3.1 and 7.4. Hope this ruleset will be compatible with these versions.
