Not able to see the seedlist configured in Pega Marketing
On Marketing analyst portal, not able to see the seedlist records.
1.Configuration -> Segmentation -> Seed Lists
2.Click into the seedlist created, and when I try to add new records, nothing showed up. Only a blank window, and header that says "ActivityStatusError".
Is there any other way i can create seed list?
Faced with error:
Action that failed: SeedListEditor-For class:PegaMKT-Data-SeedList-Current operator:Administrator@PMC. Object key:-Read/Write:InputEnabled
Hello!
On reviewing the tagged SR, we see that it is resolved. Resolution: The seed lists were not updated. After setting your extended customer class or adding new properties to your customer class, the columns need to be updated. Click on "Updating Seed List Columns".
Did that resolve your above issue too?
