Posted: 11 months agovaspoz BPM Company replied to Sowmya07Can you change the application rule where this RS is mentioned? If yes, then you can just create new RS and replace MELGSMProdSupport ruleset in the application rule. Posted: 11 months agoSowmya07 Cts replied to vaspozWe can't change the application rule. This ruleset is already in Production region. Posted: 11 months agovaspoz BPM Company replied to Sowmya07The application rule is secured by a password and you don't know it? the fact that the ruleset is in prod is not the reason to not just remove it from the application rule. Accepted Solution Posted: 11 months agoVikash Karn PEGA replied to Sowmya07Hi Sowmya, you can try the below approach to do this: - create an activity in class "Rule-RuleSet-Version" as your ruleset version is an instance of this class. - add a step of obj-open-by-handle and open the instance of the ruleset for which you want to reset the password (you can check the pzInsKey of the ruleset from the xml of the ruleset). -add a step of property-set and change the below property values: pxversionpassword = "" (to set the password field to empty) pyVersionSecure = false (to view lock and save button instead of unlock and save button). Run this activity and the ruleset version will be unlocked. Hope this helps. Regards, Vikash Posted: 11 months agoSowmya07 Cts replied to Vikash KarnThanks Vikash for your help.
