Not being able to interrogate any buttons in a windows application

We are currently exploring the possibility of implementing an RDA project but we encountered some issues with the interrogation tools in PEGA.

While trying to interrogate some buttons and fields in a client's CRM windows app, none of them become highlighted when we are hovering the mouse target over them.

We tried default mode and select element also. Nothing seems to interact with the interrogation tool from PEGA.

It looks like it only creates a container for the whole window.

The only thing that we can interrogate are two text fields where normally we would find the customer's inquiry and the answer for it.

I attached some screenshots with the app interface and with the containers that show up in PEGA when we try to interrogate something.

Has someone encountered a similar situation before?

Is there a way we can match the buttons aside from the Screen OCR, which I know is not recommended for RDA.

Does anyone know a solution for this kind of issues?
