Notifications do not appear on the bell icon in the Portal Header.

Hello,

I have configured the notifications using the Process tab - Notification rule and and have included the utility shape to Send Notifications.

I have made the selections for Notification Preferences for the user. The user receives email notifications. But doesn't see any Notifications in the Bell icon that is in top of the portal header.

Please advise how to enable notifications in the user portal.
