OAuth 2.0 authentication for Outlook in Pega 7.4
Hello,
Microsoft has recently announced that they will be retiring Basic Authentication for EWS, EAS, IMAP, POP and RPS on October 13, 2020 and suggested using OAuth 2.0 instead.
Currently in the Email Account instance there's only Basic Authentication available for IMAP and POP3.
Is there any document/steps/hotfix available to implement OAuth 2.0 authentication for IMAP to avoid disruption come October 2020?
Thanks

We will consult the relevant product owners to reply back... but judging by the latest 8.4 release note, looks like Microsoft Graph is a better option: https://community.pega.com/knowledgebase/articles/whats-new-pega-platform/use-microsoft-graph-receive-email-more-securely-84
