Offer Test Error
Hello, I am currently on course : Marketing Essentials - Unit 11 Designing an offer for email customer engagement - Let me create an email offer.
After I created the Dwell Newsletter offer on the cloud-based exercise system, I tested the end-to-end offer journey using the StephenGold seed list. In the email client, I did receive the Dwell Newsletter. And then after I clicked the 'I am interested' link, the confirmation screen appeared. However, when I returned to the offer and clicked Refresh, I saw status 'Failed' instead of 'Success'.
The file attachment show the details of the error.(It seemed to have sth to do with ruleset, which i don't remember doing any configurations in concern)
And I did't receive the acknowledgement message.
Is it related to other previous configurations or exercises? How can I solve the problem?

Thank you for reaching out.
The good news is that I was able to log-in to your system and check the issue first hand.
The issue is that the Offer is created in SimProgressBar branch instead of [No branch] (check step 2.d).
To overcome the issue, you can do a Save as of the offer and ensure to save it with no branch.
Please follow these steps:
1) Do a Save as of the offer.
2) Use a different name for the new offer.
3) Set Development branch to [No branch].
4) Click Create and Open and test offer. You may delete the original offer.
