Old Cases (Scorecard) - Screen Resolution Issues

some background:

  • currently upgraded app from 7.1.9 to 7.4
  • issue occurs when opening old cases "scorecard" from a workbasket.
  • when the s-case opens, the screen resolution is out of sorts. When we are opening old scorecards from WB or My Cases, UI is not displaying correctly and content is going towards the right. Need to scroll left & right to see all the contents/answer the questions.

Steps taken to fix issue:

  • in wrapper section - under presentation tab - enabled "set layout width to auto"
  • in harness - under display options tab - enabled "enforce css minimum width"
  • revalidated and saved the rsv

none of the steps has worked. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.
