Now, our clients are asking for the OOTB reports on Webchatbot. I couldn't find any such reports. We are using Pega Customer Service 8.4. https://community.pega.com/knowledgebase/documents/pega-customer-service-84-product-overview The product overview file mentions Webchatbot Usage reporting in a table on page 5.
