OOTB Webchatbot reports

We have implemented a web chatbot in our project. Now, our clients are asking for the OOTB reports on Webchatbot. I couldn't find any such reports. We are using Pega Customer Service 8.4.

The product overview file mentions Webchatbot Usage reporting in a table on page 5.

Can you please help me where can I find these Chatbot-specific reports?
