Open the Case Using a hyperlink in email and use pulse to respond to case.

Hi,

We have a requirement where we need to allow the user to access the a case in pega using a hyperlink from their email and respond to that using the pulse. The user will be able to see the case details when they click on hyprelink in review mode. Once they respond other users involved in that case will receive an email stating the pulse response.
i have configured the pulse so now email notification is going to the workparty if any pulse is getting updated to the case. I have also configured the DWA. so the user is receiving an email with the hyperlink to access the case. But the hyperlink does not show the details of the case as it would do in review mode. i am trying to customise the ootb harness "PerformExternal" . Whenever the hyperlink is clicked all we are seeing is the blank harness and also the pulse we post is not getting posted to that corresponding case.
Can anyone please help me with this.
