Open work Item showing blank screen in production for User and manager portal
I have taken a table wherein, I am putting case id & on click of case id & if i try to open it in a new tab or new window, Open work Item action is triggered & ideally it should open that case. This is working fine in lower environments but not in production. It is working well with admin access but from User & manager portal, something is missing.
Any idea on whether do we configure any access roles for one such setting as well ?
Note : In 8.5.2 it used to work well. issues with 8.5.3
