Order tracking
A Customer makes a service request then the customer needs to track the current and previous order. I have created a separate casetype for track request and also created a report definition for it where should I call this report definition?

Instead of creating a new case type for tracking orders, as every time they need to track the previous order, a new case type would be created, we can handle it in the portal.
Please find below steps to achieve it :
1) Add an item for the menu in the portal(ex: caseworker).
2) On the action set of the menu item, configure on click and action as a Harness(create new Harness).
3) In Harness rule, include a newly created section.
4) In the section use table layout and source it with Report Definition and use required columns to show.
