OutBound email can't open in outlook format

HI Everyone,

We are using OOTB "SendEmailNotification" for our outbound email and currently the outbound emails are opening as a html text format, we have a business requirement how to display the email as an outlook format instead of html so that agents can reply all or reply (take some action into that email). Also another issue we have seen is even in html text format the "CC" and "To" field is missing.
For this conversion (html text format to outlook format) we need Pega's help. I am attaching the email listener configuration screen shot and how the outbound emails are currently looking. I have opened a SR-C24866 for this and from Pega I was suggested to post in PSC.
