Outbound email sent during a phone contact generates a second interaction
Hi,
Say that I'm calling a customer and doing an address change case. The phone call itself is a Outbound Call interaction. Now say that during that case I send an email to that very same customer notifying him for instance that an address change has occurred or any other info. Would that outbound email generate by default another interaction with this customer, this time with the type Outbound Email?
