Outlook integration in Pega 7.2.1 is not working as required

Hi Team,

I am trying to Checking the availability of an Outlook contact(Outlook Integration). Tried the steps suggested in https://pdn.pega.com/correspondence/integrating-with-outlook-calendars

But not getting any error or availability details.

Even tried steps mentioned in https://pdn.pega.com/support-articles/outlook-calendar-invitations-are-not-sent article.

But could not get desired result. Can you please suggest any other approach or solution to this issue.
