We don't want to install Sales Automation. Is it possible with the Pega Microsoft Exchange Integration component (https://community.pega.com/marketplace/components/pega-microsoft-exchange-integration)? How much is the above component coupled with the Sales Automation framework? Is there any other available component (with no dependence on Sales Automation)? Does anyone have a working example of such integration with just the Pega Platform? Thanks and best regards, Attila Pega Platform 8.4.2 Data Integration Insurance Lead System Architect × Close popover Facebook Twitter Linkedin Email Copy Link Copied! Are you facing any issues while using it ? I'm doing preliminary research now, I haven't started the implementation yet. But I'll give it a try then.
