Is there any way to pass SMS Treatment name dynamically to the SMS treatment rule? we have a requirement where agent choose a template from a list of available templates and offer flow has to use the template agent selected. As per the SMS treatment shape it only accepting a valid rule name and not accepting a param or property reference.
With this if there are 10+ templates we need to use sms shape for each template in an Offer rule, and it also becomes harder if business creates new templates.
A new capability to making this dynamic (both email and sms) is planned to be introduced in the upcoming release. Before this release its not possible to make it driven based on a property value, you should be branching the flow based on the different values is the option.
