US View ProfileSend MessageMahesh Midthuru PEGA replied to nikhilk7251Hi Nikhil, I have few suggestions to have a look in order to find the root cause of the issue as follows: Check if the GenerateID OOTB activity is overridden, if so check the logic in it. We can also check the query history on the database table "PC_DATA_UNIQUEID" around the timestamps when the data got corrupted. Also check in between the timespan around the last correct work object and the corrupted first work object, to see what errors were triggered and what activites were performed at database level. Hope this information might help you to proceed further in finding the root cause.
