For PDC to integrate with serviceNow, it must be accessible from PegaCloud so PDC can send API calls. If you are using the hosted serviceNow service, your service endpoint is accessible by default. If you are running private on premise serviceNow, you need to provide a URL that is accessible from the internet. If your ServiceNow is on premise and there is no URL or network path to accept a message from PegaCloud, you can't integrate PDC with ServiceNow
