Thanks, based of off your response It looks to me like Application Level Errors are not being captured and shown in PDC and aligns with the behavior am observing.
With that Said, How can we leverage PDC for efficient monitoring of the overall system instead of manually checking the logs? We have about 45 Production JVM's running for various needs and was looking to leverage PDC for rigorous log monitoring especially after each fresh code migration.

PDC receives alerts and exceptions. There's a PDCClient ruleset on marketplace to make it easy to send 'custom alerts' to PDC so PDC can do tracking and notification for things unique to your application.
We're working to make PDC better. As there are no restrictions on what a developer can write to PegaRules log file via log-message, we don't send that data to PDC because it could have business private data.
