PDFViewer doesn't show pdf contents
Hi, I'm trying to extract some information from a PDF file, but after connecting PDFViewer with the PDFConnector, the content is not shown properly.
I've included a screenshot here. Any thought how to solve the issue?

Hi Gayatri, I'm fairly new to Pega, so don't really understand what configuration do you mean.
The scenario is I would like to use FindRelativeSegment method to retrieve information I need, but the contents of the target pdf file cannot be loaded.
Can you please give some clear guidance as to how to get the configuration for you?

Also, which version of Pega Robotics Studio (or Plug-in) you use?

Please see attached the screenshot of my automation.
Unfortunately, I can't paste the pdf file here as it contains confidential client information, but I think it is of XFA PDF format.
My Pega Plug-in version is 8.0.1100.0

Unfortunately, support for XFA format is limited per http://help.openspan.com/80/Components/PDFConnector_Component_Properties,_Methods,_and_Events.htm It looks like you are facing limitations here.
Please check if it generally works with some other PDF, so example with this one: https://pdn.pega.com/documents/pega-robotic-automation-studio-plug-80-installation-instructions
If yes, you may try to log an SR and see if anything can be done for your PDF type. If you do so, please post SR number here for reference.

Yes the PDF connector works fine with other non-XFA format pdf.
May I ask what is SR that you suggested and how can I do it?
