Pega 7.1.5+Oracle12c+AIX+WAS7.0+IBM http-Logs not generated+SMA nodes not accesible-Prod ENV


We have seen a very strange beaviour in our production environment where none of the logs(pega,jvm)logs are generated on all nodes at a particular time.When we try to access thenodes from SMA it was throwing mbean error and require a restart of all 6 nodes.Let us know what could be the potential cause as we have not seen anything ubnormal in any of the logs because logs are not generated after this issue.Users reported some slowness in system during these time period.
