Not clear about your question. But if you are using enterprise edition and if you face any issue Pega GCS will support you n number of days. But if you are using personal edition pega will support only on installation.
If I understand your query correctly , then you are basically trying to understand whether PEGA has any plan to call off support on its old/ legacy products ? Am I correct ?
If this is your question, then my answer will be NO. Pega is committed to provide support to all their customer who are using its product ( unless something specific agreed thru sales agreements / renewal ).
Hence, you can continue using our product and enjoy world class support.
Having said that, we encourage ALL our customer to keep UPDATING / UPGRADING their product base because thru each release, we make tremendous technological upgradation and help customer keep themselves up to date with the latest technical trend of the industry .
