Is there any documentation for https://hub.docker.com/r/pegasystems/pega ?

The short answer yes you can. But Pega has been doing a lot of work recently regarding Kubernetes deployment (of course it uses updated docker image). The easiest path is to use helm deployment, which will deploy the core OOTB components for a Pega 8 deployment. Check the distribution image of 8.2.1 under ResourceKit/Kubernetes. See the links from here: https://community.pega.com/knowledgebase/articles/deploying-pega-platform-using-kubernetes. There will be runbooks coming out soon as well.
