Can you please specify if Pega has any email to contact for 8.1 as I raised SR asking Pega 8.1 but pega team closed the SR saying I will find in DSD but in DSD I can see only 8.3 is available.
Sorry but there is no specific email address. If someone is your account executive from Pega, they might be able to find that.
Also is there any specific reason you are looking for this version? The latest release is always the best build to work with
