We are trying to install PRPC 8.2 on Oracle and deploy using tomcat 8 + OpenJDK 1.8. It's WAR deployment.
We were able to load rules into the database i.e. Split Schema by double clicking on PRPC_Setup.jar.
We edited context.xml to use JNDI data sources and tried deploying. We ended up with table not found exceptions.
Attached configurations for context.xml, prbootstrap.properties and prconfig.xml. Please note that the attached files have placeholders for some configs and it is intentional. During deployment, we replaced placeholders with correct values.

During deployment, you don't have to change anything in prbootstrap or prconfig.xml file. Try to use the default files from archive files.
Context.xml should have the Pega DB connection properties with valid schema and the user who have access to both rules & data schema.
I have verified the context.xml and it looks fine. As per the deployment startup logs, Java process couldn't find pr4_base table during the initial bootstrap process. As this table must be in rules schema, can you verify if it's present in the same schema and mainly confirm if the provided user is context.xml had access to this schema & table?
If the problem persists, try using a deployment user who has access to both rules & data schema with max privileges.
