Hi, Harisankarm9655 - Interrogating a Pega application through UI is not considered to be a best practice. There is both RDA and RPA integration that cover a large variety of use cases and are easier to implement and maintain. With that said you can interrogate a Pega application using our Single-page web app support feature. It should work fine for simple use cases. Hi, Harisankarm - Interrogation will work properly or improperly based on how it is designed and developed. As stated above, if you have a complex use case that interacts with various Pega case stages, then you need to use native RDA/RPA integration instead of interrogation. With that said, single page web app interrogation feature is readily available and you can surely try to see, if it suffices for your situation.
