Pega Call Pop UP is not coming
We have configured the Pega Call in our application with Avaya 126.96.36.199 version successfully. Able to login with Agent id properly. While testing the incoming call, popup is not being displayed. But call is getting connected to Pega and it's being answered autommatically and status is getting changed to red.
Could you please suggest if any configuration would have missed for Popup screen?
