Pega Chat bot for Pega 8.1 platform
Hi Team,
Could you please help us with below queries:
- Is chat bot compatible with Pega 8.1 platform?
- Is chat bot support windows operating system?
- Is chat bot is going to work with Pega robotic automation studio?
- Could you please provide install guide and also how to enable chat bot with Pega 8.1 platform steps

It seems you are trying to install Pega Robotics Studio? Is that correct?
Here are some clarifications:
Package Server Endpoint URL should point to Package Server URL. This is a separate piece installed on dedicated machine. Here are installation instructions for it: https://community.pega.com/knowledgebase/documents/pega-robotic-automation-package-server-and-server-status-user-guide
Robot Workgroup is defined in Pega (Pega Robot Manager). Please read through this article and links within: https://community.pega.com/knowledgebase/articles/pega-robot-manager-version-51
{Machine Name} refers to machine name where Runtime is running, you can use the default value here.
You can change these values later after installation in CommonConfig.xml, RuntimeConfig.xml and StudioConfig.xml files.

I think that by chat bot you mean an automatic response window for the user in a web page. That will be able to create cases and so on... If I am correct and you already have v7.4 or v8.x.x of the Pega Platform this is achieved using the webchat interface provided in the channel and interfaces menu entry of the application menu.
I have provided a screenshot so that you are able to find it. This is from v8 but is something similar to what you will find in v7.4.
Once you add a webchat interface you can configure it to recognize by exact match of commands the case types that you want to include in the conversation with the users. Within the cases you can include automations that interact with RDA, and RPA in case you have the need to do so. I have not tested the pega infinity Robotics topic but I know the are stating that is part of the cloud now, so it should be somewhere. Hope this helps, regards,
