Pega CRM functionality
Hi,
I am currently trying to create a CRM within a Pega Pixar environment. This is my first development within the Pega software....
I have got as far as uploaded a CSV of 'base data' but need to know how to visualise that base data and then ultimately build on that base data. (add sentiment to contacts, route emails to contacts, build up history and create a structured view)
Any help would be appreciated
I am thinking you are on Pega 8 version and suggesting the below answer
As per my understanding, you have a couple of data in your CSV and you want to build a model from the existing data and predict sentiment to contacts, route emails to contacts.. etc
if that is your approach you can develop text analytics model and predict the sentiments and entity from the data if you have any other requirement kindly let me in brief we will be happy to help you on that.
Kindly mention the Pega platform and CRM version that you are in so we can address the problem correctly as architectures change from version to version
