We have upgraded from Pega CS from 7.3.1 to 8.4, Where after upgrade we are unable to see the ServiceCaseRefreshDateTime property on the D_CPMPortalContext page. This value is always blank. If this D page is changed to D_CSRecents then how can i check the service case refresh date time?

@KAMINENICHANDRAP Due to a significant architectural changes in the Pega Customer Service, a number of those properties used to trigger refreshes are no longer required. The D_CPMPortalContext page was used to handle synchronization between the Interaction Header (Which was outside the Dynamic Container, DC) and the Perform harness (inside the DC). In 8.X, there's nothing outside of the DC and all tabs are maintained by the Pega Platform, not CS Recents. As I posted to your other note, you need to run the upgrade checker and remove all overrides that are identified.
As per our requirement we need to diplay current service case details in the interaction header, where we are facing refresh issue. To achieve this in 7.4 there is one property called ServiceCaseRefreshDateTime on the D_CPMPortalContext which will maintain the last updated date time of service case.
When we check the same in 8.4 this field is null.
Could you please help me in this?
