I would like to download Pega Customer Service personal edition. Does anyone have download link and installation steps? Thank you!

Personal editions do not exist for the strategic apps (and strategic apps cannot be installed onto personal edition.)
If you have a license, you can stand up a single node system on a personal environment by using Tomcat and Postgres, and install Pega Platform, and Customer Service, using the standard deployment guide.
