Pega Distribution Manager (PDM) - How to reprint the errored out cases which have failed earlier due to access issue
We had an access issue with our application id used for PDM. The prints were failing due to the access issue to the print folder. The users have issued print to their cases which are held up in print queue. After restoring the access, is there any way to reprint the errored out cases which are already in queue. We are not able to make the reprint work. Any suggestions are highly appreciated.
