Pega Integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM App
Our Application in Pega has to integrate with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Application to pull details. 1. can we do that through API call?
2. If we do that it has to be call outside our enterprise, so we need to use Proxy. I read that in Pega 7.4 the proxy needs to be applied at the JVM level. Problem is we have API interfaces within organization too so that may get affected.
Ideas please.
