Pega Intelligent Virtual Assistant for Email - Issue with Case creation-Email Template-Attachment. # Helpme
Hi Team,
I am trying some PoC on Peg Intelligent Virtual Assistant. For this purpose, I have gone through these pages and set up as required:

Situation: When I send email to the email address setup in Email handling section, it just creates a case and sends some default message from some out of the box feature in Pega, but not the one which I have set up. what could have gone wrong.
Can someone shed light what could have gone wrong? Any help in this regard would be highly appreciated.
