Pega KM Implementation
Hi
We want to implement Pega KM for a case management application. I have gone through the knowledge management user guide and implementation guide but not clear on few concepts -
1) Do we need to create an implementation layer for the Pega KM application or it is to be used as a stand alone product?
2) If an implementation layer is to be created then what all classes need to be created? There are upwards of 30 classes in the D_KMApplicationSettings page which may require to be created in implementation layer?
