Please can you assist with the following Pega Knowledge questions? The questions are in relation to the way articles are listed / sorted by help sites. Help sites appear to list the top 5 articles within each category, sorted by view count (descending). Is it possible OOTB to:
pin an article to the top of the list within a category? So that the article is displayed at the top of the list by the help site, irrespective of the article view count
Reset article view counts?
Set a secondary sort criteria, for example, sort by view count and x
