I also double check the chapter Extending Interaction History in DSM Installation manual.
My problem is, that I can see the custom columns being populated with values in BATCHOUTPR tables, but these values are not mapped to IH FACT table. Where can be the problem? Do I have to configure something more than it is written in the manuals?
