Pega Marketing Customer Count Not Updating?
I'm currently working on Pega Platform version 8.4 with Pega Marketing 8.4 as well. I'm having an issue with the starting population of my segments. As I adjust the number of entries in the corresponding table, the number displayed in the segment does not adjust to match the same number.
For example, the starting population count in the attached pic should be much higher
Also, I have already checked out the rule, refreshed it, and checked it back in. Additionally, I have re-run it, and updated counts. Nothing configurable on the segment rule form seems to adjust that starting population count even when the underlying data has been changed.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

We need much more information than this to give you guidance. Few things for you to look at:
1. Are you committing the records in the underlying tables ? Only committed records will be seen by a different connection that fetches the records like Segments.
2. The SQL's generated by the segment to fetch are available in the segment rule forms XML. Try the view XML and try and execute the relevant select SQL's against your DB to see whether the data is brought up.
3. Please review your other configuration like ignore NULL, match case etc in the segment/audience rule form to see if any of that is mis-configured.
4. The waterfall segment types also has config in the group level like : INTERSECT, MERGE, Start With which probably is mis-configured too.
