Pega Marketing personal edition
Hi,
I recently downloaded and installed Pega 7 PE. Is it possible to add Pega Marketing application to personal edition?

A better option is to download the virtual box image from pega academy site with all the marketing artifacts included - look for the system name: Pega Marketing Enablement 7.21 ML0

I belive that you are trying to access a link on the Pega Academy course and I found a few recent discussions which discuss your query.
"The URL we use in the exercise is a local URL. In order to get that working you need to execute the steps detailed in Before You Begin lesson."

Personal edition is a fully packaged install of PRPC. As a user many things will be abstracted away from you, like database passwords, application configuration, etc. As such, you will not have access to some important elements to complete framework installs, especially for a strategic application like Pega Marketing that requires a lot of administrative elements.
