Following errors occur while trying to set the customer context for Pega MKT. An own class connected to table schemadata.pr_other in PegaDATA at least solves the message about the MKT_CUSTOMER schemadata. However the error about .Partition key then pops up, appearently because this is not a column in PegaDATA. However when trying to use default ExternalMKTData then it is neither working, since it provides above MKT_CUSTOMER error message when trying the connection between the Pega data customer class and the database.
I am a CSSA without any experience / knowledge on database level. Who can tell me what to do to solve this issue?
It seems the like the installation of of Pega Marketing has not successfully completed. One of the errors indicate that the MKT_CUSTOMER table does not exist in ExternalMKTData. Can you first confirm if the ExternalMKTData database is configured correctly and is connected to the marketing schema that is required? If that is not done then you will need to first address that.
After that you will need to re-import the Pega Marketing RAP's again so that that MKT_CUSTOMER table gets created in the marketing schema. Once you have this table, you can either use the OOTB customer class or create your own and map it to this table which has the PartitionKey column exposed.
Hope this helps.

Somehow it indeed turned out to be an incomplete installation. After receiving the DBA rights myself I added the missing schemes and tables, after which it finally seems to work now. However I do run into another issue now trying to get my CDH offers into Customer Service after doing all the config settings both in CDH (resided in Pega Marketing application) and Customer Service implementation application.
