Pega Next Best Action Advisor 8.1 Implementation Guide
Hi,
We are deploying Pega Next Best Action as part of Customer Service, both version 8.
We installed as described in the installation guide. And now we're following the instructions of the implementation guide:
When Defining the application behavior, we are stuck at this point:
Defining Interaction Driver Categories > 2. Click Dev Studio > Pega-Next-Best-Action Advisor > Advisor > Interactions > Interaction Driver
The problem is that, where should we be logged in as Administrator? We tried using all the access group to go through all the applications and find the "Pega Next Best Action Advisor" option under Dev Studio.
The questions are:
- Where could we find this option?
- Under Dev Studio, are Pega meaning in App Studio / Configure / ..?

The documentation has wrong information unfortunately and it is being corrected now. The driver categories can be created using App studio --> Settings --> Interactions, from the Default tab and using Dev studio --> Customer service --> Customer service data management --> Customer services data sources.
