Pega Notifications

HI Guys,

I have a requirement that to show the cases which are assigned to particular operator in Pega Notifications, we are calling pxNotify in the customized Activity.

Now here Issue is want to show based on Status, Need to remove the cases which are resolved-completed in bell Icon. Have seen in the DB that status is going as a blank.

Can you help me on this.
