We are facing an issue where we are processing large volumes of approximately 100k+ queue items in an hour using Pega OOTB agent queue ProcessServiceQueue and we are seeing two different issues with processing.
1. Some of the items are permanently stuck in "Immediate" category and dont get picked automatically till we defer them to get them in broken queue and then requeue from there.
2. Few(small numbers) items are picked up and gets processed half way and then permanently stuck in "Now Processing" status and can be seen under "Processing" category in admin studion under agent queue category. There is no way these can be continued with processing as the only option we have is to "Remove" as they dont get processed on their own.
