Pega OOTB agents for Decisioning and CPM FW application
We have two appliaction each with Different set of Frameworks installed in it. Please help us with the list of all Pega OOTB agents that should be enabled/diabled in Production environment. Please find below the FWs installed in each application.
1)Application -A
IAC 7.1
FCM 7.11
CFF 7.16
CPM 7.1.3
CPM-C 7.1.3
PEGA Call 7.1
PEGA Chat 7.1.3
BIX 7.1
CPMFS 7.13
2)Application -B
NBAM 7.12
NBAA 7.12

As per my understanding we don't have any specific document regarding the Agents that needs to be enabled for frameworks such as CPM, NBAM etc. However, you can login to SMA application and see if all the agents corresponding to the frameworks are up and running. In case , if any of the agent is down try restarting it by resolving the exception.
For Example :
1) The Agents related to NBAM will have PegaMKT-Engine as ruleset.
2) The Agents related to AES will have PegaAES as ruleset. etc.
