Pega Outlook Tools Error - Login Unsuccessfull.
Hi,
I have added the Pega Outlook "Add-in" in our Microsoft Outlook and while trying to connect the Pega application based on the Pega URL, username and password I am getting the "Login Unsuccessfull. Please check username, password / check with system administrator." error message. Please help me to resolve this issue.

Hi Kumaravel,
Based on a separate conversation, you are actually pursuing Outlook 2016/Offline 365 support for this Add-In which is not yet available. Is this still correct? Can we close this thread?
