Have you tried moving or copying wfica32.exe to the studio installation folder? US View Profilesasnt PEGA replied to SamratC8What this step is referring to is that after you install the channel driver, make sure that it installed to the same directory as wfica32.exe. You can verify this by looking for any "OpenSpan" dlls in this folder.
