PegaKM template issue. No templates to select
How do I define a new template in pegaKM? I've created and published a new template under the Knowledge menu. When I try to create new content no templates are listed when I click on the template icon from the content editor. The content template pop up appears but there is nothing in the window to select. Under the Knowledge menu I do see my published template.

Hi John: The only time I have seen this behavior is when there is an issue with the formatting in the published template (e.g. missing bracket or other tag when viewing from the Source view).
Can you please log an SR and include an attachment with the template that we can review? We should be able to identify the issue and get you set up.
