We upgraded to pega 7.31 from pega 7.19 and along with it upgraded CPM 7.12 to Customer Service 7.31. I see Customer Service 7.31 perform harness in class PegaCA-Work-Interaction-Call does not have CPMPerform harness referenced in it using iframe. the application is not displaying any of the sections that we created and added in CPM harness. The same perform harness having CPMHarness reference in 7.19. what are the changes we have to make in perform harness to make it work.

Hi Nagendra, CPM 7.13 has refactored the application to remove the dependence on custom gadgets and harnesses that pre 7.13 used to rely on. With that change, an upgrade from pre-713 to post-713 does require refactoring of your application. The upgrade guides contain the list of alternations you will have to make. But at a very high level, this is the list of changes :
Interaction flow renamed to CPMInteraction. Any changes you had in your CAInteraction flow will have to be made in this new flow.
Perform/Review/Confirm harnesses. Any changes that were included in the old CPMPerform harnesses will have to be made in the new version.
Service process flows need to be made starter flows. They are started directly using the CreateWork API, instead of the custom activity.
There are more, but they are more of a best practice rather than a must.
